It is a state-of-the-art, innovative project, serving as a foundation for the future of open-mouth bag packaging systems.
The machine can process bags with widths ranging from 250 to 550 mm and lengths from 400 to 1,000 mm.
EXPANDABLE
The base machine can be subsequently upgraded by replacing specific components to increase production capacity.
A single-base VENERE can produce up to 600 bags/hour, and with upgrades, this can easily reach 900 bags/hour.
Moreover, it is always possible—even after a long time—to add or replace modules and components to adapt production to new requirements.
For example: adding a second module to the base model doubles the output.
