The bagging and dosing line developed for this product type is the VENERE model.
This machine can process preformed bags made of paper, jute, or laminated raffia, with or without gussets, with or without bottom reinforcement, and in a wide range of formats from 5 to 25 kg.
Supported bag dimensions: widths from 250 to 550 mm, lengths from 400 to 1,000 mm.
These features ensure maximum application versatility and high production capacity.

To guarantee precise dosing, depending on the product to be bagged, PACK SOLUTION offers a single or double auger feeding system.

HERMETIC FILLING NOZZLE

The filling nozzle is hermetically sealed thanks to an internal air and dust extraction system, enhanced by an inflatable air chamber.
When inflated, the chamber creates a tight seal suitable for all supported bag formats.

All floury or powder-based products require deaeration: this is performed via a probe inserted into the filled bag, allowing residual air within the product to be removed — improving product stability inside the bag.

After the filling phase, the bag is typically sealed using a stitching system with crepe paper.
