The frame, made of large-section press-folded carbon steel, gives the machine a solid and attractive design, while also ensuring excellent stability.

The continuous rotary bag separation system, equipped with a centering device, ensures every bag is aligned and squared properly, preparing it for a perfectly parallel sealing process.
This system also allows for the automatic application of a self-adhesive label to the bag prior to filling.

The overhead bag transfer system significantly increases production speed. It also enables the use of a multi-position adjustable filling nozzle, making it easier to work with different formats without having to replace the nozzle — and improving cleaning operations as well.

Below the discharge spout, an adjustable conveyor with integrated vibrator compacts the product before transferring it to the sealing line.

Once filled — without distorting the gussets — the bags are transferred directly under the sealing bars. This method ensures the bag is always held in position, delivering a perfectly aligned seal at the desired height.
The system is also ideal for sealing bags with zippers or easy-open features.
