The bagging and dosing line developed for this type of product is the VENERE model.
This machine can process preformed bags made of paper, jute, or laminated raffia, with or without gussets, with or without bottom reinforcement, and in a wide variety of formats from 5 to 25 kg.
Supported bag dimensions: widths from 250 to 550 mm, lengths from 400 to 1,000 mm.
These features ensure maximum flexibility of use and high production performance.

To ensure accurate dosing, PACK SOLUTION offers, depending on the product being bagged, a single or double auger feed system.

HERMETIC FILLING NOZZLE

The filling nozzle ensures a hermetic seal thanks to an integrated internal suction system for air and dust, supported by an inflatable air chamber.
Once inflated, this chamber provides an airtight seal suitable for all supported bag formats.

All powdery or flour-based products require deaeration: this is achieved using a probe inserted into the filled bag, allowing residual air inside the product to be removed — making the bag more stable.

After the bag is filled, it is typically closed using a crepe paper stitching system or, alternatively, with an adhesive closure system.
