The preformed bag packaging line we present stands out for its high speed (30 cycles per minute) and exceptional flexibility.
It can package gusseted bags, both free and blocked, as well as Doypacks, pinch bottom, quad-seal bags, pillow bags, with or without zippers, in a wide range of materials: poly-coated paper, PE, laminates, and triplex films.

Bag dimensions can range from 90 mm to 300 mm in width and 150 mm to 550 mm in length.

EVA’s flexibility stems from extensive and continuous collaboration with both manufacturers of new bag models (increasingly present on the market) and customers, who demand compact machinery to save space in their production areas.

As above, EVA was developed through constant dialogue with manufacturers and customers, ensuring it meets the demand for space-saving solutions without compromising performance.

The empty bag magazine can hold well over 400 bags, even those with zippers or bottom gussets, which are typically difficult to stack.
If space permits, storage can be increased to over 1,000 bags.

Equipped with a fully mechanical flap tensioner, EVA automatically adjusts to the bag format, allowing easy and quick opening and alignment.

Occupies a very small space — only 10 square meters (2.5 x 4 meters).

The fully automatic flap tensioning system allows for fast and simple format changes.

The carousel system, while compact, ensures easy access to all components for maintenance and operation.

The system keeps the bag securely in place without deforming it, resulting in a consistently perfect package.
