The bagging and dosing line developed for this type of product is the VENERE model.
This machine can handle preformed bags made of paper, jute, and laminated raffia, with or without gussets, with or without bottom reinforcement, and in a wide range of formats from 4 to 25 kg.
These features provide maximum application flexibility and high production capacity.
Supported bag dimensions: widths from 250 to 550 mm, lengths from 400 to 1,000 mm.
CUSTOMIZED DOSING
To ensure accurate dosing, PACK SOLUTION offers a variety of feeding systems:
net weight belt feeder, gross weight belt feeder, or gravity feed — depending on the product and the customer’s specific request.
Once filled, the bag is sealed using a stitching system.
