PACK SOLUTION developed the EVA carousel bagging machine with a forward-looking approach: optimized for minimal footprint, high-volume output, and flawless packaging quality.

PACKAGING LINE

The preformed bag packaging line we present is distinguished by its high speed (30 cycles per minute) and exceptional flexibility.

It is capable of packaging gusseted bags (both free and blocked), Doypacks, pinch bottom, quad-seal bags, pillow bags, with or without zipper, and in any material: poly-coated paper, PE, laminated films, or triplex.
It supports bag widths ranging from 90 mm to 300 mm and lengths from 150 mm to 550 mm.

As above, EVA was developed through constant dialogue with manufacturers and customers, ensuring it meets the demand for space-saving solutions without compromising performance.

The empty bag magazine can hold well over 400 bags, even those with zippers or bottom gussets, which are typically difficult to stack.
If space permits, storage can be increased to over 1,000 bags.

Equipped with a fully mechanical flap tensioner, EVA automatically adjusts to the bag format, allowing easy and quick opening and alignment.

Occupies a very small space — only 10 square meters (2.5 x 4 meters).

The fully automatic flap tensioning system allows for fast and simple format changes.

The carousel system, while compact, ensures easy access to all components for maintenance and operation.

The system keeps the bag securely in place without deforming it, resulting in a consistently perfect package.
