The bagging and dosing line developed for this product category is the VENERE model.
This bagging machine can handle preformed bags made of paper, jute, and laminated raffia, with or without gussets, with or without bottom reinforcement, and in a wide variety of formats ranging from 4 to 25 kg.
These features allow for maximum operational versatility and high production output.
Supported bag dimensions: widths from 250 to 550 mm, lengths from 400 to 1,000 mm.

CUSTOMIZED DOSING

To ensure accurate dosing, PACK SOLUTION offers various feeding systems:
net weight belt feeder, gross weight belt feeder, or gravity feed — depending on the product type and the customer’s specific requirements.
After the bag is filled, the packaging is completed using a bag stitching system.
